Wendy at Apt. B Photography is the creator of the package, and she will use her 14 years of experience as a wedding photographer to create your stress-free photography timeline and book the vendors in our package. She also becomes your local bestie with insider recommendations for spots to stay, eat and play in St. Pete!
Your photographer will be either Stephanie, Elizabeth, Jessie, Jessica, Michelle or Wendy - the all-star team of photographers in St. Pete who are ready to capture the magic of your elopement day.
You pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and sign a contract to reserve the date and secure all of your vendors, and then the balance is due 7 days before your wedding date.

Create the perfect wedding day timeline
Provide expert recommendations for your ceremony + photo locations
Book your officiant + photographer
Place orders/schedule deliveries for your cake + flowers
Book your on-site hair + makeup appointment
Provide expert recommendations for where to eat, stay, rentals, etc
Serve as the main point of contact between you and the vendors in the package
File your marriage license for you! You bring a copy of it and our officiant handles filing it for you
1 - 2 hours of photography is included in the base package, depending on your guest count. That is the perfect amount of time to capture the ceremony, couples' portrait and family photos!
Additional photography time to cover getting ready, additional time/locations for couples' photos or the reception is available as an upgrade.
Your hair + makeup artist will come to wherever you are getting ready on your wedding day!
Hair service includes full bridal styling/updo, as well as placing hair accessories.
Makeup service includes full makeup and faux lashes
You choose from:
- 6 color palettes
- 3 shapes/styles
- 3 ribbon styles
The base package includes a small bouquet with 2-3 flower varieties and greenery + coordinating boutonniere. Medium and large sizes are available as an upgrade!
Our officiant will work with you directly to craft the perfect words for your ceremony, whether you prefer religious or secular, traditional or more contemporary.

IS THERE ANYTHING WE DON'T DO?
- Booking ceremony/reception locations/venues or securing permits for the park/squares (but we are happy to provide recommendations and expert advice)
- Making reservations for pre-/post-elopement dining (dinner, brunch, etc)
- Rain back-up plans (we provide expert suggestions so you can make the perfect plan)
- Custom bouquets (but you DO have the option to upgrade and work directly with our florist on a custom palette/shape)
- Custom cakes
- Cake table or other cake cutting items
- Booking hair and makeup services for additional guests (but you do have the option to add these items directly through the hair and makeup team!)
- Booking rentals such as chairs, tables, decoration, etc
- Booking musicians
- Book transportation (but we have a ton of great ideas to share with you!)
WHILE WE'D LOVE TO TAKE EVERYTHING OFF YOUR PLATE, THERE ARE A FEW SELECT ITEMS YOU'LL HANDLE YOURSELF. (BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS AND EXPERT ADVICE):

*If you have your own officiant, you can swap our officiant for 30 extra minutes of photography time.
